How much are eBay fees in the UK?
As of October 2024, private sellers pay no final value fees. Business sellers pay a category percentage (often around 11.9% for clothing) plus a fixed £0.30 per order (£0.40 if the order is over £10), and a 0.35% regulatory fee.

Do I pay fees on postage?
Yes, eBay calculates your percentage fee based on the total amount the buyer pays, which includes the item price and the postage you charge.

What about VAT?
eBay’s base fees are shown excluding VAT. If you are not a VAT-registered business, a 20% VAT charge is added to your fees.
